How long should my delivery take

 

Most orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. The time in transit will be between 1-7 days. If there is a major delay on your order we will contact you to give you your options.

 

 

 

Do you have an express service

 

In some cases we can provide an express service. If you need an item urgently please ring us on 03 8774 0900 as there may be an option suitable depending on your location.  Express services will incur a surcharge which will differ depending on the size and weight of the item and your location.

 

 

 

Can you deliver to a PO Box

 

No we can not deliver, as all items sent do require a signature on receipt so a physical address is required

 

 

 

What shipment do you use

 

We use a variety of carriers and will choose the most suitable carrier to suit the size of the item and your location.

 

 

 

Returns / refund policy

 

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in original condition. 

 

All items come with a full manufactures guarantee against manufacturing defects. Manufacturers will have the final decision on warranty issues.  Shipping back to us will be at your expense.  We will return the parts to the manufacture for repair or exchange then we will send out back to you.  We do not cover any labour cost incurred.

 

If you change your mind about the product you purchased, you are welcome to return the product to us for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 Days you will have the option of store credit only.   Freight charges are not refundable.  When in doubt ask us a question sales@exhaustshop.com.au
