Manta Exhaust Systems for the Isuzu D-Max
Manta lists D-Max systems by generation. The 3.0L 4JJ1TC from 2008 to 2010 is offered as a turbo-back, the 2017 to 2021 3.0L CRD (130kW and 380Nm from the factory) as a DPF-back or turbo-back, and the 2020 and 2021 onwards 3.0L CRD (140kW and 450Nm) as a DPF-back or turbo-back with an option to leave out the diesel catalytic converter, intended for off-road use. Manta says a 3 inch system helps the turbo spool earlier and reduces exhaust gas temperatures.
Manta Exhaust Systems for the Isuzu MU-X
The MU-X 3.0L CRD from 2017 to 2021 is offered as a 3 inch DPF-back or turbo-back in aluminised or stainless steel. Muffler combinations let you choose the sound you want, including a quiet option that keeps noise close to factory levels. Our D-Max and BT-50 exhaust guide compares options for both models.
DPF-Back, Turbo-Back and Compliance
A DPF-back keeps the factory filter and replaces the exhaust behind it. A turbo-back replaces the entire exhaust, needs ECU recalibration and is intended by Manta for off-road or race use. Compliance depends on the vehicle, its installation and your state or territory rules, so read our DPF delete guide and talk to your installer. Finish with flex bellows, exhaust gaskets and professional fitting through our exhaust fitting page. Confirm your model year and engine before ordering.
Materials, Warranty and Fitting
Manta systems for Isuzu are offered in aluminised or stainless steel, and stainless generally resists corrosion for longer in wet, salty or off-road conditions. Warranty terms vary by material and part number, so check the listing, and consider replacing tired exhaust rubbers and exhaust hangers during installation. Professional fitting is the recommended approach, and our delivery information page explains Australia-wide shipping.
